How much cream should I use?
There’s no need to apply large quantities of Orellis. Depending on how the skin will absorb it, you may use more or less. The effectiveness of the treatment lies more on frequency of application (ie. how often you apply it) then on quantity of cream applied each time. As some allergies are known to occur (albeit in extremely rare cases), you should always try a small quantity on a small affected area and see if your skin reacts. In the rare cases of allergies to one of the compounds, a reaction should be visible within 5 minutes.
Are there any known adverse effects to Orellis?
In the literature, allergies to some of Orellis ingredients are documented and we were asked by Health Canada to issue the following warning:
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family, bee products, poplar tree products or balsam of Peru, or if you are pregnant. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
It has occured however that the skin got red before it got better. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or doubts.
How fast does it work?
We have seen Orellis work as fast as with 1 single application. That being said, since Eczema is a skin condition caused by external factors, continued exposure to these factors can increase the time needed to see any improvement. We recommend using it for at least 7 days to determine its effectiveness.
